Community Markets & Events LLC will make the final decision on the placement within the store (which may change from time to time to refresh the market).   • We are currently accepting quarterly, semi-annual, and annual agreements.
  • Space rental is due monthly and collected 10 days prior to the rental term, or may be deducted from sales revenue of renewing participating Consignor.
  • Consignors are responsible for a 15% sales commission on all revenue generated from consigned product sales.
  • Consignors are liable for credit card processing fees incurred on transactions where customers make payments via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or electronic transfer at the low negotiated rate of 2.5%.



 

  • Consignors will choose a specific space offering for showcasing their approved products to be considered by Community Markets & Events LLC.
  • Community Markets & Events LLC will make the final decision on the actual size of space and placement within the store. Specific location and size guarantees have not been provided.


 

  • Consignors must submit images, pricing, and details of all products intended for consignment.
  • Adequate inventory must be prepared to ensure a well-stocked selection throughout the holiday season.
  • Restocking can occur during business hours.


Consignors are required to provide tags that display their brand name or logo, product code, and price. All items must be tagged prior to being displayed on the sales floor.
